Wallet returned intact

It seems that whenever I read the "Your Letters" section of The Jakarta Post, there is invariably a complaint or a criticism about something or someone.

So, it is a pleasure to be able to write and compliment someone: Mr. Asep, driver of Silver Bird Taxi number S039.

Last week a colleague on a brief visit to Jakarta lost his wallet containing cash, credit cards etc., and could not remember where it had been misplaced. He regretted having to leave Indonesia Saturday without his wallet.

On Monday, Silver Bird through their own initiative returned the wallet with all contents intact. Silver Bird had traced the wallet to our company through the booking we had made.

I appreciate the honesty and efficiency of Mr. Asep and Silver Bird.
