Volvo launches Volvogold service

JAKARTA: Authorized Volvo distributor PT Central Sole Agency
recently launched its after-sales service program, Volvogold,
which it claimed was the best premium facility in the country.

"Volvogold is complete maintenance for five years or 100,000
kilometers (whichever comes first) in addition to the existing
one-year international warranty," after-sales general manager
Andrew Hartono said.

"What's good about the program is that it is still valid if
there are any changes in ownership," Andrew said.

Volvogold is given automatically to buyers of Volvo S40, S60
and S80 sedans and the XC90 sports utility vehicle (SUV). Owners
are also entitled to a 24-hour emergency assistance in greater
Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya.

Maintenance covers all parts except for batteries, tires and
wiper blades but does not cover damage in accidents, or criminal
damage, modifications, or damage in riots. -- JP
