Visas on arrival

I have not seen a country that resists going forward as much as Indonesia does. Instead of abolishing all the silly tourist visa requirements, they grant another 13 countries visa-on- arrival privileges.

Not for Holland or Sweden, because they fear that the members of Free Aceh Movement (GAM) and members of Free Papua Movement (OPM) might enter...(don't they still have to bring passports?) Anyway, Indonesia, apart from Bali, is as good as cleansed of its tourists.

Every imaginable travel agent has scrapped all tours to Indonesia. Go to Prambanan or Borobudur (temples); locals pay 5,000 rupiah, but international tourists are screwed for Rp 90,000 (US$10).
