VISA/BNI Card
As a VISA/BNI Card holder, I went to shop at Makro Pasar Rebo on June 5, 2000. After filling my trolley with merchandises, I went to a cashier for check-out.
To my surprise my BNI Card was not accepted even though with a surcharge as I requested. When I asked the supervisor, he confirmed the cashier. In short Makro doesn't welcome the BNI Card.
I then discarded some unnecessary items, so that I could pay partly with my Citi-Makro, some with my limited balance of Paspor-BCA and some in cash.
If VISA is not accepted worldwide any longer, then a better business relationship should be developed between Makro and BNI- 46.
The customers cannot be enjoying this situation.
