Visa card surcharge

I wish to express my thanks and gratitude to Bank Niaga Visa Card Center for supporting me as a valued customer and quickly handling my complaint on a Visa surcharge I incurred from Mitra Keluarga Hospital (The Jakarta Post, Sept. 10).

The disputed merchant surcharge was returned to me and it is now apparent that the Bank Niaga Card Center values and supports its customers.
