Everyday I take a round trip on Metromini bus U-24 from
Tanjung Priok to Senen via Sunter and Kemayoran. The number of
buses on the route is adequate so that from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00
p.m. the buses often carry only a few passengers. It is not
surprising that many buses stop a long time at certain bus stops
waiting for more commuters to get on, which makes traveling time
longer.

Worse still, the passengers in one bus are often transferred
to another bus usually already crowded with commuters. It is
really distressing to be forced to move to another bus only to
become a standing passenger.

I hope that Metromini U-24 will improve its service and not
treat passengers as the driver pleases.
