Underwrite not undermine

I would again like to refer to my interview of July 30. In my letter under the title Human rights are universal (July 31) in which I made a few corrections to the article of July 30, I was misquoted. My letter said "underwrite" instead of "undermine".

The sentence should read: "The interview gave the impression that I underwrite the view that every country has its own concept of human rights, which in many cases revolves around the question of whether human rights are universal or not."
