DILI, East Timor: Jamsheed Marker, the United Nations Secretary-General's special envoy for East Timor, arrived at the Komoro Airport here yesterday for a two-day visit.
Accompanied by UN senior political advisor Samuel Tamrad and two officials from the Indonesian Foreign Ministry, Marker and his party immediately called on East Timor Governor Abilio Jose Osorio Soares upon arrival.
