UGM holds workshop on scientific writing

Many people believe that Indonesian experts are less known in
the academic world due to their poor skills in scientific
writing, especially in English.

The Yogyakarta-based Gadjah Mada University will hold a four-
day workshop on scientific writing for international journals,
starting on Sept. 6.

The university experts from medical schools and science and
engineering, who have often published their writings in
international journals, will share their experiences.

Participants should be graduate and postgraduate students and
all universities and research institutes across the country are
invited to send their students and researchers to the workshop.
