Two drug suspects arrested in Bogor

BOGOR (JP): Two alleged drug dealers identified as Abdurochim
and Atikah Nurlela were arrested in Pondok Remaja Hotel of Leuwi
Malang village in Cisarua, Bogor Police deputy chief Maj. Weri
Sujatmiko said on Friday.

Police seized 20 grams of shabu-shabu (crystal
methamphetamine), three packages of putauw (a low-grade heroin),
several inhaling devices, nine ecstasy pills and a package of
marijuana along with lists of users.

"We followed the pair after receiving information about their
activities," Weri said.

The arrest was made following Atikah's neighbors' report that
her house at Bantar Kemang in Baranangsiang subdistrict was
suspected as a center for drug trafficking.

"We later confiscated the remaining evidence at Atikah's
house. From previous investigations, we think that Abdurochim is
one of the biggest dealers here in Bogor," Weri said. (24/edt)
