Referring to the letter from Mr. Vinanda Sanyoto dated Nov. 29
regarding the service he received from one of our Tunas Toyota
branches, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused
and advise that the Toyota Kijang in question has been repaired
and returned to Mr. Sanyoto.
We fully appreciate the rights of our customers and are
certainly striving to improve our level of customer service. In
this regard we have installed Customers Relations Coordinators in
each of our showrooms to assist with any of our customers needs.
