Try's house catches fire
JAKARTA (JP): Fire damaged part of former vice president Gen. (ret.) Try Sutrisno's house on Jl. Bambu Apus 54, East Jakarta, on Wednesday shortly before midnight.
An officer from the East Jakarta fire department told Antara that 11 fire engines rushed to the scene soon after the fire started at 11:10 p.m. The fire was extinguished within an hour.
The fire, which damaged one bedroom and a bathroom, was caused by a short circuit in an air conditioner.
"There were no casualties," the officer said, adding that Try was in the house when the fire started.
