JAKARTA (JP): Norway-based e-business management company
Trustix opened its Southeast Asia regional office in Jakarta on
Friday.

"Due to our rapidly increasing level of activity here in
Southeast Asia, we need more space and a new office," Trustix
chief executive officer Havard Wollan said in a statement.

The company, which provides e-business systems management
solutions for Linux and Secure Linux, began its operation in
Jakarta in March.

Trustix has since entered into a cooperation with the Ministry
of Manpower to provide training of the Linux software to the
ministry.

"This cooperation is the first of several projects to be
launched this year," Trustix vice president of business
development I Wayan Wicaksana said. (10)
