Trains crush three to death

JAKARTA (JP): Three people were crushed to death by two trains
traveling in opposite directions in Cikarang Kota, Bekasi,
Friday.

The victims were identified as Alinuddin Harahap, 22, Hasannul
Arifin, 24, and Salman Harahap, 25.

The three died of severe head, abdomen and leg injuries.

The three possibly panicked when they became trapped in the
narrow space between the two passing trains.

One of the trains was the Jayabaya train, plying the Jakarta-
Surabaya route. The other train was not identified. (emf)
