Traffic problem

From Sinar Pagi

With the removal of the Regent's Office and other Services from Bogor to the Cibinong district in West Java, the traffic in this area has become increasingly congested.

The two-lane road between Cibinong and Bogor has been widened to become a six-lane road. Unfortunately, this has not been supported by necessary facilities such as traffic lights and sufficient road signs.

At present there are two highways leading to the Bogor Regent's Office in Cibinong, the new road and Cikaret highway. The latter is more heavily used so that accidents often occur in that area, claiming lives and causing injuries to many people.

We residents of Cibinong call on the authorities to pay attention to this matter -- to improve the situation and save human lives.
