Tradition of faith

A realization that has become apparent about my stay here in Jakarta, more to do with Indonesia as a whole actually, is that one of the major strengths of this country is its common thread of religion.

Throughout the culture is intertwined a faith, that, even though the economy and other factors may attempt to belittle this very deep traditional part of the world, shines through as a virtue or advantage which is to be admired.

With any luck, and if history repeats and proves to stay true to what has always been the case, Indonesia should triumph after its time or period of depression.

If not, due to the promise of progression after the struggle, its rise could solely be based on its power in tradition and trust in religion.
