Toll road potholes fixed

I would like to thank the toll road officials for promptly fixing the pothole which I recently wrote about. Not only has the pothole been repaired, but the remaining potholes on the other side are in the process of being repaired. (It turned out that there were more of them on the other side which I had not noticed during my morning commute). The construction was completed without causing traffic inconveniences. I have no doubt that these potholes were planned to be fixed anyway, and my letter happened to precede it.

The far left lane of Kebon Jeruk road going towards Tomang is badly damaged. The road is curved in where the tires run. The road cannot take the weight of never-ending containers traveling on it day in and day out. However, it doesn't appear to me to be dangerous. Nevertheless, the engineers who are planning future toll roads should look into the materials and type of land used for their construction. I think that solving any problems now before it becomes heavily damaged would be cheaper and less time- consuming. Beginning repairs at a stage when the lane can no longer be used would disrupt already intolerable traffic and cost more.

I think the officials in charge realized what I had said. I am merely venting my frustration for having to use the road every day at the peak morning and evening commutes. Nevertheless, I am grateful that the road exists. Otherwise, I have to take Jl. Daan Mogot. If you are not familiar with Jl. Daan Mogot, count your blessings. If you are familiar with it, you do not need my explanation.
