TNT Indonesia is responding to the letter from Vivy Soepardi
and Michelle faxed to us on March 16 complaining about our
service.

Since the incident, TNT has been in contact with both Vivy
Soepardi and Michelle to explain the circumstances and have come
to a beneficial settlement for both parties.

TNT values greatly the cooperation shown by both of our
clients, and hopes to maintain this relationship through improved
professional services.
