TNT service

On March 9, we contacted TNT to pick up our goods, for delivery with delivery number AWB: GD 740 694 548 WW. We were informed by a customer service representative that our goods would be received by the recipient on March 11, after lunch time. However, it was only received by this person on March 14 in the morning.

We are extremely disappointed with the way TNT handled this matter. When we contacted TNT's customer service department on March 12, we talked to a customer service officer, "A", who was less than helpful in this matter.

Such delayed deliveries have occurred in our experience three times with TNT, hence we had already anticipated the typical response we got "address not found", which we found very unacceptable.

TNT could have contacted the recipient (the person's mobile and fixed-line telephone number were written on the Airway Bill), but apparently TNT staff did not bother to do so.

It is especially annoying that no staff had the initiative to contact us to explain the reasons for the delay. This simply reflects TNT's lack of professionalism.
