TNT launches new product

JAKARTA (JP): The Indonesian unit of the Netherlands-based
express courier firm TNT announced on Thursday a new product
called "Indonesia One," an overnight service that takes shipment
to and from any TNT branch city in Indonesia at the same price,
with a money-back guarantee.

"This service ensures savings to our customers as Indonesia
One means the same pricing structure applies for any size of
shipment from Medan to Bandung, Jakarta to Medan or return, or
any other TNT branch combination within Indonesia," said Colin
Moran, director of PT Skypak International, TNT's Indonesian
venture.

He said the new service was being offered in 17 TNT branch
cities located in Sumatra, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan,
and Sulawesi.

The new service offers three delivery options including a 9
a.m. express service that provides the earliest time definite
delivery service, guaranteed by 9 a.m. the next day; and a noon
express service, which provides a time definite delivery service
by 12 noon the next day. (rei)
