Tips for managers

In the framework of meeting the increasing demand for qualified managers in this era of reform, and also in the context of globalization, I would like to put forward some guidance for managers in their efforts to enhance their performance as follows.

* Always be compliant with legal matters and procedures.

* Do not accept anything in exchange for your authority or against your professionalism.

* Be internationally oriented and get exposure to information technology (IT).

* Never agreed with your superiors as well as your subordinates.

* Keep your personal database in order.

* Be a marketing man and a lawyer even though you do not belong to those professions.

* Encourage your subordinates to work hard and learn something new.

* Be a Doberman instead of a chicken.

* Be responsible for all your work in terms of legal means.

* Try to find a new job if you think your boss often breaks the law.
