Time-share condominiums

About four years ago I attended a presentation on time-share condominiums that was organized by PT Pesona Jayasetia and their principle Fairways Club from England.

It was quite interesting and so I decided to buy one condominium located in Tenerife, Canary islands.

After the sale, it was difficult to contact PT Pesona Jayasetia because the company kept moving their office to different locations. I don't know why. When I finally got in touch with the company and told it I wanted to sell my condo because I had no use for it, they recommended Prime Share International Ltd. as the best company to sell my property.

Prime Share International tried their best to sell it, but after two years they gave up because nobody wanted to buy it.

Once again I contacted PT Pesona Jayasetia, but I was told they went out of business and no longer had anything to do with Fairways Club. I then contacted Fairways Club and asked for help to find me another broker who could sell my condominium. The club told me they were not in the habit of giving recommendations of real estate brokers. They told me to contact RCI Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd. of which I was a member. RCI told me they did not know any real estate brokers and advised me to contact Fairways Club.

So for the next few months I went back and forth between RCI and Fairways and got no help at all. Finally I decided to stop my membership with RCI and stop paying my annual dues to Fairways.

But that did not solve my problem.

I would appreciate very much any help from your readers who might have the same problem.
