JAKARTA (JP): Porcelain tile maker PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri received International Standards Organization (ISO) 9002 certification for its industrial management yesterday.

PT Lloyd's Register Advisory Services Indonesia awarded the certificate.

Lie said Intikeramik was the first Indonesian porcelain tile company to receive such certification.

The company's profit, which rose from Rp 3.4 billion (US$1.39 million) in 1995 to Rp 7.5 billion last year, was expected to rise to Rp 28 billion this year, he said.

He said the company had almost doubled its daily production capacity to 22,500 square meters from 12,500 square meters last year. (13)
