Three killed in motorcycles crash

JAKARTA: Three people died instantly in an accident on Thursday afternoon involving two motorcycles, police revealed on Friday.

Two of the fatalities, Saparudin and Peni Puji Rahayu, were riding on a motorcycle on Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said in South Jakarta, when they crashed into a speeding motorcycle coming from the opposite direction.

The two, and the driver of the other motorcycle, identified as Febi Ainul Najib, were flung a few meters away from their vehicles. -- JP
