Three hundred kiosks set on fire
BANDUNG, West Java: A trader was killed when fire razed about 300 kiosks in the Cigondewah Rahayu traditional market Friday, Antara said.
The blaze started about 10.30 p.m. Friday, and was not put out until some 12 hours later, witnesses said.
Muad, a trader, said his losses amounted to Rp 10 million.
Nani, who sells beverages and canned food, estimated her losses at Rp 25 million. She had just stocked up with new supplies, she said. (06)
