Three die in road mishap

PALANGKA RAYA, Central Kalimantan: A truck carrying 47 people from the SMPN-3 junior high school to a marching band contest overturned, killing three students instantly.

The students were traveling to Sampit, about 220 kilometers from Palangka Raya, for the competition on Saturday. The cause of the accident is still unknown.

As reported by Antara, the three students were Anita Carolina, Sava Rohani and Listiyani. (mds)
