Three burglars arrested

JAKARTA (JP): Three criminals wanted for several robberies and burglaries have been arrested in their hideout in West Jakarta, police said yesterday.

City Police spokesman Lt. Col. E. Aritonang said that a revolver and seven bullets were confiscated during the raid Friday. Several of the bullets were from FN type revolvers.

"The gun was used to scare their victims," Aritonang said.

The three burglars were Vidi Harianto, 34, Deden Firmansyah, 37, and M Ibrahim, 39, a graduate of a school for religion teachers.

Police are still looking for another gun which was also used by the three men. (cst)
