The communist threat

Communism as a system of power/government may be on the brink of collapse, but as an ideology it will continue to exist just as other ideologies have continued to exist. Its translation into a doctrine of strategy for its followers will be adapted to the situation and conditions prevailing at any given time.

Considering that background, the promotion of an awareness and acceptance of our national outlook becomes all the more important and fundamental. This outlook should be put into a concept that ensures greater reinforcement of all our national strengths and assets by using our diversity as a bond.

In this context, the promotion of transparency in order to encourage community commitment and participation is the key towards achieving that goal.
