Thanks to Nokia

I refer to my letter, titled "A call for help" in the Feb. 17 The Jakarta Post, in which I complained about Nokia's battery, Immediately after the letter appeared in the Post, the general manager of Nokia Jakarta, Mr. Alexander L., called me to inquire about the problem. He offered to send over his technical staff.

Two hours later, Mr. Agus Asmara Saputra, after market executive from Nokia, visited me and fixed my mobile phone. He changed the phone's front cover, which turned out to be broken, and the back cover.

My mobile phone is now back to normal, thanks to the express service given by Nokia.
