Thanking Citibank

On Dec. 16 I got a phone call from Citibank Card Center's Mr. Jauhari, informing me that my MasterCard had been used by another person. I checked and I realized that my card was missing.

Then I was asked to come to Citibank's head office as the person who used my card was being kept there.

I would like to say thank you to Citibank for its alertness and service, even though it was already after office hours.
