Telkomvision apologizes

I refer to the letter from J.A. van Zwienen in The Jakarta Post, Oct. 13, entitled Poor service from Telkomvision.

First of all, please accept our deepest apologies for the unpleasant situation you and your family have experienced.

As a matter of fact, however, we never received any faxes or letters regarding your complaints.

I have instructed our technicians to immediately check the installation in your house and made sure that the quality level meets your expectations.

If you receive only 28 channels, we would like to suggest that you retune your TV channels so as to access the normal channels we offer you.
