Telkomsel's customer event

JAKARTA (JP): Telkomsel, an Indonesian cellular operator, is scheduled to hold a one-day customer event on Sunday.

Ardhin Ichwan, Telkomsel's Director of Commerce, announced yesterday that the event, consisting of an outdoor program and exhibition, would be at the Senayan complex.

The outdoor program will include parachute jumping, a marching band, Harley Davidson and VW Beetle parades and musical performances. "All the outdoor activities will run from morning till night in the eastern Senayan parking lot," Ardhin said.

The exhibition will be in Jakarta Convention Center's lobby. Ardhin said the exhibition would display products of Telkomsel and its business partners, Nusamas, Motorola, Hariff, PT Inti, Dian Graha, Siemens, Lippo Bank, Ericsson, Panakomindo, BNI '46, Bank Duta, BII, BCA, PT Telkom and Indosat.

The exhibition will be open from 11:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.

Around 2,000 loyal Telkomsel customers will be invited to a dinner at Jakarta Convention Center. Music will be played by the Blue Diamonds, from The Netherlands, and local singers Yuni Shara, Kris Dayanti, Philipino Maribeth, Indonesian music group Koes Plus and local entertainers Bagito Group.
