Telkomsel's billing
It is very difficult to understand why Telkomsel cannot provide a proper schedule for its billing. I started to subscribe to Telkomsel on March 17, 1997 and my first bill was for three days use of the service, from March 17 to March 19. Since then, Telkmosel has sent its bill irregularly, sometimes after one month and sometimes after only half a month use of the mobile phone.
For the last two months, Telkomsel has sent me four bills, equivalent to biweekly bills (two bills due on Nov. 15, 1997 and the other on Dec. 26, 1997). I have also learned that other subscribers have only received one bill for December and they are freed from the fixed monthly subscription fees.
Since a subscriber like me is required to pay fixed charges of Rp 66,550 every month, including a monthly subscription fee, call detail sheet charges, and value added tax, then I am entitled for the least acceptable service and not a billing system that will drive someone mad.
