Telkomsel service

I have been a subscriber to Telkomsel (Customer No. 354412) for five years. I pay always my bills in time. What do I get for this? Unacceptable poor service!

My mailbox (which is very important for me, because I am often out of network-range) has not functioned for at least one week. I found out this after an angry customer called me, complaining he couldn't reach me.

Despite nine calls I made to Telkomsel Customer Care a supervisor was never present, because they were either "on lunch" or "at a meeting"; reporting the problem, proved in vain.

By keeping me waiting: "Be patient, wait for another 24 hours", "already reported to a technician, "it will work within few hours", I really feel fooled by Telkomsel.

If they cannot provide the quality of service they are charging us for, Telkomsel should leave it to providers more capable and efficient!
