Telkomsel responds
We refer to Pak Gunawan Wijaya's letter Telkomsel's service
published in The Jakarta Post on Oct. 12, 2001.
We thank Pak Gunawan for his trust in using simPATI card from
Telkomsel.
We would like to respond to Pak Gunawan's complaint which
appeared in various newspapers about simPATI's Pulse Transaction
via KLIK BCA.com.
1. Pak Gunawan Wijaya made a transaction of Rp 100,000 via KLIK
BCA.com from account number 0665061626 for the simPATI number
0812-951-1423 at 2:31 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2001.
2. After checking, we found that Pak Gunawan had actually made a
transaction entered into the payment menu of kartuHALO (HALO
card) instead of simPATI. That is why there was no additional
credit recorded in his cellular phone.
3. We contacted Pak Gunawan to collect the refund at GraPARI.
4. As Pak Gunawan did not come to collect the refund, we
transferred the refund to his account on Oct. 10, 2001.
