Telkom's discount time

Further to the letter by Ms. Wahyuni Kamah titled "Wrong information on discount time", we have rechecked with Telkom as we frequently use our fax lines during the morning hours to Germany, Italy, France and Spain. As per the fax received from the Customer Care Center of Indosat, the following is stated quite clearly: countries marked under the four star category will be charged tariffs as follows:

Standard tariff = 100 percent call charge, valid from 11:00:01 to 13:59:59 and from 17:00:01 to 02:59:59.

Discount tariff = 75 percent call charge, valid from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Premium tariff = 120 percent call charge, valid from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The above has been reconfirmed by the operator at 103.
