Telkom acts

We are pleased to report that following my letter (March 13,
1997) about the problems with my new telephone line, PT Telkom
from Palmerah Service Point took immediate action fixing the line
and clarifying the procedure for payment of our account. This was
done the following day.

Thank you to PT Telkom. We would also like to express our
thank to The Jakarta Post for the opportunity that it provides to
readers through the Your Letters column to express their concerns
on a wide range of matters.
