Telephone service
In response to the letter by Ondy Janeswara of Bekasi, West Java (The Jakarta Post, July 9,1994), on behalf of PT Telkom, I would like to apologize to the writer and other residents in Bekasi for causing inconvenience resulting from our sale promotion held in Bumi Satria Kencana complex. The sale promotion was held in that particular place on consideration that the potential clients could reach it easily.
For your information, our next plan is as follows:
* We will take into consideration the suggestion that sales promotions be held in every block/location of the complex to avoid long queues.
* To anticipate the large demand for telephone connections we have designed a program of network extensions to ensure easy and quick service as we do in other areas. However, we also want to ask for the understanding and support of clients in our efforts to give better services to the public.
