Telephone out of order

My telephone number is 8814656. I live in Housing Complex III
in Bekasi, West Java. Since Feb. 6, 1997, my telephone has not
been functioning and we can neither call out or receive calls.

I reported the matter to Telkom in Bekasi several times but I
was always told the case would be submitted to the technician, or
the central network was out of order, and they asked me to be
patient. It should be noted that my telephone does not work three
or four times a year. And when it does work, it produces a
rustling sound and the line is often cut off in the process.

I wish Telkom would be true to its motto Always at your
service. I am fed up with this condition and want my telephone to
function normally.
