Teenagers' behavior

I am very concerned about the brutal crimes committed by teenagers nowadays. We grown-ups should be responsible for what they have done and for what they are. I believe parents have done a lot to curb their overactive children, but without society's cooperation their efforts are unsatisfactory.

Unless we make serious efforts to improve teenagers' behavior, problems will never cease to exist. We can no longer tolerate crimes committed to the extent that one student may take the life of another. Often there are groups of students fighting each other. These brawls often cause damage to public facilities.

The culprits should be severely punished to stop them from repeating their destructive acts. Future generations must be spared from this "moral decadence".
