Technical problem at IndoInternet

In response to two separate letters in The Jakarta Post from
our valued subscribers, we would like to apologize for the mail
system intermittent breakdown from Aug. 5 to Aug. 7. This
incident was purely technical and has no relation to the current
political situation as mentioned in one of the letters.

We will use this feedback to improve the quality of our
customer service staff, especially in providing clear and concise
explanations about systems-related problems.
