Taman Ria Senayan

In response to an article published on Jan. 23, 1997 concerning the development of Taman Ria Senayan, we would like to make some clarifications.

PT Ariobimo Laguna Perkasa (PT ALP), a subsidiary of PT Ariobimo Perkasa which is solely owned by Syarif C. Sutardjo, is the developer of Taman Ria Senayan (TRS), a mixed-use dining, retail and entertainment project.

Through a BOT agreement with the Ria Pembangunan Foundation, PT ALP will develop and manage TRS for a period of 20 years. Ria Pembangunan is a social organization dedicated to the development of charitable and socially responsible projects. Members of the Ria Pembangunan foundation are wives of high-ranking government officials.
