Surakarta to host tabletennis circuit

SURAKARTA, Central Java (JP): Dwi Bengawan Solo tabletennis club will host the tabletennis circuit throughout Central Java, Yogyakarta and West Java here from Jan. 15 to Jan. 16. The circuit will feature team events for junior and senior players.

Chief organizer Farid Muhammad said the circuit would be attended by strong tabletennis players from various clubs including Semarang, Malang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Purwokerto, Pekalongan and Tegal.

Host Dwi Bengawan Solo will rely on its junior players because their senior players had mostly moved to the other clubs.
