Subsidies must go to the poor

I certainly understand why subsidies on gasoline need to be removed -- I am not poor so why should I receive cheap Premium at the country's expense?

However, I cannot see the need for removing the subsidy on kerosene. Very few wealthy people use kerosene as a domestic fuel so the subsidy goes to those poorer people who need it most.

I cannot express in polite words my feelings toward those who are hoarding kerosene in order to make a quick profit if and when the subsidy is removed. They are robbing the poor to get rich and should be punished severely.
