Subscription fee settled

I would like to thank the representative of the Far Eastern
Economic Review (FEER) for its prompt response to my letter in
The Jakarta Post, on Nov. 13, 1999. They wrote me directly to
inform me they would refund the surcharge I paid, although I have
yet to collect the money.

It should be noted that I have subscribed to this favorite
magazine for more than 15 years, I was unaware of the increase in
the subscription fee. I recommend the FEER representative put a
special note on the order form, stating the subscription fee is
valid only for a particular period, and subscribers will be kept
informed of any changes in the price.
