Students hold discount fair

YOGYAKARTA: More than 1,500 reams of paper were sold yesterday
at a discount fair which also sold basic commodities.

The fair was held by Gadjah Mada University's Executive
Students Body and the Geological Technology Students Union.

A ream of paper sold for between Rp 13,000 to Rp 19,000,
depending on the quality. A ream consists of 500 sheets.

The basic commodities were sold in two packages.

Package A cost Rp 5,000 and consisted of four kilograms of
rice, two kilograms of sugar and one liter of cooking oil.

Package B cost Rp 4,000 and consisted of one kilogram of
sugar, one small bag of coffee, two boxes of tea and 130 grams of
milk. (23)
