Students get EU grants
JAKARTA: Eleven Indonesian postgraduates will soon be leaving for countries of the European Union (EU) where they will pursue advanced studies under the EC-ASEAN scholarship program, the Union's representative office in Jakarta announced.
The program, established in 1991, offers ASEAN nationals the opportunity to undertake postgraduate studies in Europe.
The plan intends to increase awareness and understanding of the European Union and its member states while providing training and services to ASEAN countries.
