South Jakarta roads

Not very long ago, I wrote a report on the condition of
several roads in Cinere, Lebak Bulus and Karang Tengah in South
Jakarta. In Cinere, many of the roads are in good condition
because they have just been repaired.

But the repairs along many streets in Karang Tengah and Lebak
Bulus have not been done well enough. The workers have not
repaired the damage entirely. They simply ignored minor damage.
As a result motorists still have to move at a snail's pace along
the roads.

During the upcoming rainy season these roads will become
worse. The repairs do not include the broken gutters along the
streets. Last year, many roads were inundated with water during
rainy season and congestion was a common sight.
