SMS from Satelindo often too late

From Business Indonesia

Mentari's SMS (short message service) from Satelindo has made me increasingly disappointed. Every SMS I send to either Satelindo's or other operators' numbers fail to reach the destination or arrive late by one to two hours, or sometimes even one day to one week late.

The same problem has also frustrated me when receiving SMS, especially from users of other GSM operators. However, users of other GSM operators face less problems in sending or receiving SMS.

I just smiled when reading Satelindo's advertisement in the media on Aug. 16, which offered free-of-charge SMS from Aug. 17 to 19. A free SMS service is useless if the message is received one day or one week late.

I hope this letter will motivate Satelindo to improve its service quality.
