Small things but annoying

I am a regular reader of "This Odd World" because it's articles are interesting, short and easy to read. However, I often get annoyed at the inconsistencies within these three- paragraph articles. Looking at each paragraph of a July 17, 1995 article, Prince of fake kingdom jailed, I see one word appearing in three different forms: "baker;" "Bacher;" and "Baker".

I wonder if the editors were trying to puzzle the readers or if these were merely misprints? I hope the latter is the answer.

Note: Clearly there is a misprint in the article. Baker in the third paragraph should have been written as Bacher. Whereas 'baker' in the first paragraph is the profession of Bacher.
