Small-scale developers invited

JAKARTA (JP): The city administration is opening registration
for small-scale developers intending to take part in tenders for
the construction of the city's projects valued below Rp 200
million (US$90,900) each.

Harun Al-Rasyid, head of the city administration's pre-
qualification committee, said that registration forms can be
obtained from the committee's office in City Hall, Jl. Merdeka
Selatan 8-9 until Dec. 23.

He urged developers to take advantage of the opening for
registration as soon as possible due to the time limited.

Harun said there are approximately 20,000 small-scale
developers currently operating throughout the city. (hhr)
